Terms and conditions of online sales
Purchases in the online store are governed by the following standard terms of sale. This applies to consumer purchases of goods over the Internet. The price includes all fees and additional costs, except shipping, see delivery and shipping. The price quoted for the item and the service is the total price the buyer must pay.
The goods are paid by card, Klarna or PayPal when ordering.
Delivery and shipping
Shipping within Norway is free of charge.
The items are sent as a climate neutral service package at Bring with tracking and picked up at your local post office / store post.
Other countries, see our online store. Items ordered, packed and shipped within 5 working days. Delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer must notify the seller as soon as possible of the use of the right of withdrawal. The calendar includes all calendar days. No right of return on products where packaging is opened or otherwise used.
Damage / Complaint
Should there be a defect or damage to the item, the buyer must within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, notify the seller that he or she will invoke the defect. The buyer has always advertised in time if it happens within 2 months. from the defect was discovered.
Goods damaged in transport will be replaced.
